はじめに

このページでは、Alfresco Content Services用の Audit Log Browser （監査ログブラウザ）のインストール方法を説明します。

Audit Log Browserについては、以下を参照ください。

1. 事前準備

1.1 ソフトウェア

次のものがインストールされている環境をご準備ください。

Alfresco Content Services 7.0～7.2（WARファイルからインストールされていること）

インストールされていない場合は、次の手順を参考にインストールを進めてください。

Alfresco Content Services 7.x のインストール（WAR ファイル）

なお、Alfresco Content Servicesは、 /opt/alfresco/content-services/ 以下にインストールされていることを前提とします。

（上記リンクの通りAlfresco Content Servicesがインストールされていれば、上記ディレクトリは存在します）

1.2 必要ファイルの入手

以下よりお使いのAlfresco Content Servicesのバージョンに合ったAudit Log Browserをダウンロードします。（ audit-log-browser-jar-platform-<バージョン番号>.jar および audit-log-browser-share-jar-<バージョン番号>.jar 各ファイルをダウンロードします）

2. インストール

2.1 jarファイルの配置

1.2 でダウンロードしたファイルをカレントディレクトリへ配置（アップロード）後、次のコマンドを実行します。

# cd /opt/alfresco/content-services
# cp audit-log-browser-jar-platform-<バージョン番号>.jar /opt/alfresco/content-services/modules/
# cp audit-log-browser-share-jar-<バージョン番号>.jar/opt/alfresco/content-services/modules/

2.2 設定ファイルの更新

以下のコマンドを実行し、 alfresco-global.properties を更新します。

# cd /opt/alfresco/content-services/tomcat/shared/classes
# cp alfresco-global.properties alfresco-global.properties.bak
# echo "jp.ricksoft.AuditLogBrowser.schedule.scheduledjob.enabled=true" >> alfresco-global.properties
# echo "jp.ricksoft.AuditLogBrowser.schedule.scheduledjob.dodelete=false" >> alfresco-global.properties
# echo "jp.ricksoft.AuditLogBrowser.schedule.scheduledjob.cronexpression=0 0/2 * * * ?" >> alfresco-global.properties
# echo "jp.ricksoft.AuditLogBrowser.schedule.scheduledjob.cronstartdelay=240000" >> alfresco-global.properties
# echo "jp.ricksoft.AuditLogBrowser.schedule.JobScheduler.storageperiod=5" >> alfresco-global.properties

3. Alfresco Content Servicesの再起動

Alfresco Content Servicesを再起動し、再起動後にAlfresco Shareへログインします。

4. Audit Log Browserの利用

「管理ツール」をクリックし、管理ツール画面より「監査ログブラウザ」をクリックすると、以下のような画面が表示され、Audit Log Browser（監査ログブラウザ）がご利用いただけます。
