2-3.Configuration of user for integration

1.Open the Setup screen

Click the gear icon in the upper right corner.

2.Open user list screen

From the menu on the left of the screen, click "Administrations" > "Users" > "Users" to open the screen.

3.Click the "New User" icon to open the user registration screen

4.Enter the required fields in the user registration screen according to the table below. After entering configuration value, click the "Save" button to save it

1	Last Name	Any String (e.g. Your own last name)
2	First Name	Any String (e.g. Your own first name)
3	Alias	Any String (e.g Your own name)
4	Email	Email address for the integration account. You will need to prepare a new one.
5	Username	Same as the email above.
6	Nickname	Any String (e.g. Jira)
7	Role	Any. (e.g. None Specified)
8	User License	Salesforce Platform
9	Profile	Profiles created in the 2-2. Configuration of profiles for integration.

5.Open the Setup screen

Click the gear icon in the upper right corner.

6.Open Installed Packages list screen

From the menu on the left of the screen, click "Apps" > "Packaging" > "Installed Packages" to open the screen.

7.Click on the Manage Licenses button in the row where TeamSpirit is described

8.Click "Add Users" Button

9.Check the box in the row where the user for integration created in 2-2, "Configuration of profile for integration" is described

Configuration of users for integration is completed.
