2-1.Configuration of the connected app

1.Open the Setup screen

Click the gear icon in the upper right corner.

 

 

2.Open the App manager screen

From the menu on the left of the screen, click "Platform Tools" > "Applications "> "App Manager" to open the screen.

 

3.Click the button labeled "New Connected Application" in the upper right corner of the Application Manager to open the configuration screen

 

4.Configure the configuration for the new connected app

After entering the configuration items, click the "Save" button. After saving the configuration, click the "Next" button to open the connection application configuration list screen.

*This connected app will be reconfigured in "Configuration of add-ons and TeamSpirit connection"  as described in 3-2-1 .

Select the following three options.

  • Access the identity URL service (id, profile, email, address, phone)

  • Manage user data via APIs (api)

  • Perform requests at any time(refresh_token, offline_access)

 

5.Gets the value required to configure the add-on

Note down the consumer key in the configuration list screen of the connected App.

 

6.Enter verification code

You will receive an e-mail address with an authentication code to the system administrator's e-mail address. Please enter the authorization code in the email.

 

7.Note down the consumer key

After noting it down, close this tab of the browser and return to the tab where the "Manage Consumer Details" button was displayed.

*The consumer key displayed on this screen is used for "Creating a connection between add-ons and TeamSpirit." as described in 3-1-1.

*The UI may change depending on your user settings and the environment you are using.

 

8.Open the manage screen

Click the "Manage" button.

 

9.Open the edit policies screen

Click the "Edit policies" Button.

 

10.Change Permitted Users under OAuth Policies

Change Permitted Users "All users may self-authorize" to "Admin approved users are pre-authorized".

 

11.Save changes to the OAuth policy

 

The connected App configuration is completed.
