Login to the app

Once the app is installed or a user is invited to the app, you will receive an email inviting you to log in to the app. Open your email and log into the app.

1. The following email has been sent to your "email address", so please open it.

2. Site address described in the body of the email https://app.daccel.jp/ to display the login screen.

3. Enter the "username" and "temporary password" in the text of the email in the Username and Password fields on the login screen, and click the Sign in button.

4. If you log in for the first time, you will need to reset your password. Enter your new password according to the Password requirements and click the "Reset Password" button.
   
   

If you forget your password

1. https://app.daccel.jp/ to display the login screen.

2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen.
   
   

3. Please enter your email address.
   
   

4. The following email has been sent to your "email address", so please open it.

5. Enter the verification code you received via email, follow the Password requirements, enter your new password, and click the "Save" button.
   
   

    

6. Please log in with the changed new password.
   
   

Password requirements

Minimum password length

• 12 characters

Password strength

Include at least three of the following character types:

• Contains at least one number

• Contains at least one special character

• Contains at least one lowercase letter

Initial setting of two-factor authentication for the app

Users who have enabled two-factor authentication in Enable/disable two-factor authentication for users must perform initial two-factor authentication setup for the first time after logging in. After the initial settings, please Log in to the app with two-factor authentication.

1. Please enter your email address and password on the login screen and click the login button.
   
   

2. Install a compatible authentication app on your mobile device or computer, such as Google Authenticator, Duo Mobile, or Authy, and use the authenticator app to scan the code displayed on your screen to receive the MFA code. Please check and enter.
   
   

3. Click the “Enable MFA” button and if there are no problems, the initial setup is complete.
   
   

4. Once the initial settings are complete, you will be redirected to the login screen.
   
   

Log in to the app with two-factor authentication

The method to log in with two-factor authentication after performing the Initial setting of two-factor authentication for the app is as follows.

1. Please enter your email address and password on the login screen and click the login button.
   
   

2. Locate and enter the MFA code from the authentication application you have installed on your mobile device or computer, then click the Login button.
