Alfresco Process Services 2.3.0 Release Notes

The following notes provide detailed information on the Alfresco Process Services 2.3.0 release.

Task re-assignment new options:
- Deactivate user reassignment checkbox unchecked - Reassignment link is always enabled, and task can be assigned to any user defined in the tenant.
- Deactivate user reassignment checkbox checked - There are 2 possible scenarios here:
  - Task assignment is limited to a single user (Assigned to process initiator, Assigned to process initiators group manager, Assigned to single user, Assigned to group manager) - Task reassignment link is disabled. Only the assigned user would be able to complete the task.
  - Task assignment is restricted between multiple users (Candidate users, Candidate groups, both) - Task reassignment link is enabled, and task can be reassigned to any user within the specified user list/ group list.
Amount form field has been updated to include a radio button to allow user to select between comma separator and period separator (comma is selected be default). Selecting an option between the two allows the user to format their amount value in ‘American format (###,###.##)’ and ‘European format (###.###,##)’. For currencies, user would have to add their own currency symbol/abbreviation in the already existing currency field.
