User Activity screen
The Activity screen is available to Atlassian site administrators.
Select "Administration Center" “User Activity” on the home Home screen.
Select “Activities” in the Admin Center.
You will see the User Activity screen.

Specify conditions for activities to be displayed
The activity displayed in "Active user trends", "Active user percentage", and "Product data statistics" below can be filtered by period, target site, and target products.
You can select the period from this month“This month”, last “Last 3 monthsmonths”, last “Last 6 monthsmonths”, last “Last 9 monthsmonths”, last “Last 1 yearyear”, and last 2 years.
or “Last 2 years”. For example, if you select "Last 3 months" on March 5th, data from January 1st to March 5th will be displayed. The data does not cover the period from December 5th to March 5th.
Target site can be selected from sites owned by organizations registered with Register your organization's API key.
The target products can be selected from the products owned by the target site.
Active user trends
For each product, you'll see the number of active users accessing the time range over time. You can switch to full screen display with the icon in the upper right of the panel, and switch to line graph display with the icon. Activity is updated in each product when the user performs the following operations.

Active user percentage
For each product, view the total number of users for the selected time range and the percentage of active users out of this total number of users.

User limit line setting
You can set the upper limit line of the number of users for each product on the Active user trends and Active user percentage graphs.

For each product, all user details for the selected time range are displayed in a list.

Active user inventory
By clicking the icon in the Activity column, you can see the time period during which users accessed each product. Use the icon to narrow down users who have not accessed the product, select the target users with the check box on the right side of the screen, select the target users with the check box on the right side of the screen, and revoke product access can do.

Product data statistics
For each product, statistics of product data for the selected time range are displayed.
