Forecast Project Success Rates
Fill out the form of the Project Success Rate Forecast screen.
Calculate the project success rate.
After filling in all the fields, click the "CALCULATE" button in the upper right corner of the screen or the "CALCULATE" button at the end of the page.

Questions 1 through 20 ask for information about the project, which will affect the success rate forecasted by AI. Questions 21 through 24 are questions about the goals, which will affect the probability of exceeding the goals. |
Save answers as a draft
To calculate the project success rate, you need to answer all the questions.
If you are not able to answer some questions yet, you can save the answers as a draft and restart the forecast later. The answers saved as a draft can be browsed and edited by other users.
Fill out the form of the Project Success Rate Forecast screen.
Confirm project is selected.
* You need to select a project to save the draft.
* If you select a project whose success rate forecast or draft is already saved, the saved information will be overwritten when the new draft is saved.
Click the “SAVE DRAFT” button.
Click the “SAVE DRAFT” button on the upper right corner of the screen.
The answers are saved as a draft.
You will see the pop-up message“Saved draft.” on the upper right corner of the screen.
Restart a success rate forecast of a project saved as a draft
There are 2 ways to restart a success rate forecast:
Restart via the Jira navigation bar (via the draft list screen)
Restart via the project sidebar
Restart a project success rate forecast via a draft list screen (via draft list screen)
Open the Project Success Rate List screen.
In the Jira navigation bar, click “Apps” - “Project Success Rate Forecast powered by PROEVER“.Open the draft list screen.
Click the “DRAFT” tab.
Select a project that you will restart the success rate forecast.
Click on the menu icon (
) on the right end of the project for which you would like to restart the success rate forecast.
Click “Edit” from the menu.
The Project Success Rate Forecast screen (form) will be displayed.
Fill out the form and click the “CALCULATE” button to calculate the project success rate forecast.
Restart a project success rate forecast via a project sidebar
Open a Jira project for which you would like to restart the project success rate forecast.
Open the App’s screen.
In the project sidebar, click "Project Success Rate Forecast powered by PROEVER".
Open the Project Success Rate Forecast screen (form).
Click the “RESTART FORECAST” button.
* If the success rate of the project is already forecasted, the forecasted success rate will be displayed, and you will not see the “START FORECAST” button.
* If there is not a saved draft for the project, you can start the success rate forecast by clicking the “START FORECAST” button.
The Project Success Rate Forecast screen (form) will be displayed.
Fill out the form and click the “CALCULATE” button to calculate the project success rate forecast.
